Our Mission

Frederica Senior Center’s Mission Statement

Founded in 1974, the Frederica Senior Center was built on the need to combat the debilitating effects of geographical isolation of the elderly residing in Frederica, Magnolia, Felton, North Bowers Beach and rural surrounding areas in Delaware.   Frederica Senior Center is a facility to foster a vibrant and inclusive community, where senior citizens can thrive, gain fellowship, and enjoy meaningful lives with dignity. Gain access to resources and support while promoting intergenerational connections; celebrating the unique contributions of older adults within a safe and clean environment.
